Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Period
At Pocket Apartments, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please review our cancellation policy below:
• For reservations canceled 90 days or more before the scheduled check-in date and time, you will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
• For reservations cancelled within 30 and 89 days of the scheduled check-in date and time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
• For reservations cancelled within 0 to 29 days there will be no refund.
2. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (if you fail to check-in without canceling), you will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost as a no-show fee.
3. Special Conditions
Please note that certain reservations, promotional offers, or discounted rates may have different or non-refundable cancellation policies. These conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please contact us at jessica@perch.london and follow the cancellation instructions.
5. Refund Process
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 days after the cancellation is confirmed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the reservation.
